Alliance with MoU Companies
The Department of Computer Science and Applications in collaboration with CSC Computer Education Private Limited, organized a Certification Programme for 60 Hours on Python Programming from November 2019 – March 2020. Nine students enrolled and got benefitted from this program.
Program Specific Outcome
B.Sc Computer Science:
- Understand the basic principles and concepts of Computer Science and integrate the knowledge gained in the Computer Science domain with the practical needs of society and be an ethically and socially responsible Computer Science Professional.
- Explore emerging technologies in diverse areas of Computer Science and inculcate skills for a successful career, entrepreneurship, and higher studies.
- Apply the concepts of Computer and practices via emerging technologies and Software development tools.
BCA:
- Provide strong foundations in fundamentals of Computer Science and applications, interdisciplinary courses, and electives for widening the domain expertise.
- Design and develop software-based solutions for real-world problems, serving effectively to the requirements of the computer field and Society
- Attain sufficient knowledge related to computer domains, possesses technical, soft, and hard skills, and apply them effectively in teamwork
- Empower the students with competencies in creative thinking and problem solving, interpersonal communication, and managerial skills.
M.Sc Computer Science:
- Communicate computer science concepts, designs, and solutions effectively and professionally.
- Apply knowledge of computing to produce effective designs and solutions for specific problems.
- Use software development tools, software systems, and modern computing platforms.
